About Us - Trails of Earth

I am Atanu Paul (25), a village boy, and an alumnus of Calcutta University. I don’t even know when I fell in love with traveling while traveling here and there with my parents since childhood. I got addicted to traveling. In my childhood, this essay “Traveling as a part of Education” increased my addiction to traveling even more.

Every time we travel somewhere, we gain new knowledge and encounter new experiences which we need in this society, and in my case, it is no exception.

I like to explore new places, mix with new people, make the culture and tradition of a place our own, and also share my place and culture with them.

I love food very much. I like new types of food from new places. Food in a place enhances the culture of that place. Also, the process of preparing their food is different which is very interesting to see.

In this way, my passion for travel keeps growing.

Before going somewhere, I like to research the place, to make a well-structured plan, and an itinerary by myself. That’s why my neighbors and friends love me a lot. Wherever I go, they ask me a little history or tour plan of that place. I also like to say that.

So that I can follow my passion better, I did a tourist guide course. Which has enriched me more about this travel. I want to take this thing of my love to more people, so I opened this travel blog, I hope that with the help of it I can give you a lot of detailed information in one place.

Starting from the local to the outside world, that is, the nature of this whole world, I like everything, so I don’t hesitate to adopt them. From ponds to rivers or lakes to the sea, from volcanoes to snow-capped mountains, or from forests to deserts – what a diverse world this is. Nature has arranged everything for us.

No one can watch everything in one lifetime, but I want to share my experiences with my own eyes and experience with the help of my blog. I would be very happy if I could reach you, for this your help is highly desired. I must tell you to travel in this short life of ours. This journey may not be under our traditional syllabus, but it teaches us a lesson that we all need very much.

This travel not only develops us physically, mentally, or emotionally, but it also develops us holistically. That is why renowned poet Kaji Nazrul Islam commented,

“thākabō nākō bad’dha gharē 

 dēkhaba ēbāra jagaṯ ṭākē” .

Which means, “I will not stay in a closed house 

And see the world now.”
